Noah's Room

Here are some pictures of his room. Hopefully you can see how cute his bedding and everything is.

2 months old!

Noah is doing so well. He is all smiles most of the time. Dan gave a great blessing and Noah was pretty quiet during it so we could hear it. His room is pretty much done... thanks to my mom. She painted and made all of the bedding and curtains. It looks great. We are thoroughly enjoying having Noah.

Happy Halloween

Here's a couple of cute pictures of our little pumpkin.-- zib

We're up, but I guess we're not running.

Sorry for the lack of posts. I am still trying to get Zibbey up to speed on this whole blogging thing. We've had one training session so far and it looks like I'll have to schedule another one so she can post some photos.

Everyone is doing well and we are still gettting settled into the house. Zibbey painted Noah's room and it looks good. Now we just need to get everything put away. Someday, I hope.

Noah just went to the doctor last week. He weighed in at about 12.5 pounds and has grown to 23 inches. He is in the 67th percentile for weight, 52nd percentile for height and 35th percentile for head circumference. By my logic, that makes him short and fat with a small head. We'll see how he changes from now until his next appointment.

Noah's personality is really starting to come out. He has started to smile a lot and make more noises. He is also sleeping a lot more during the night which is good...for Zibbey. We are going to bless him this Sunday which will be nice. Zibbey's mom made him a neat little outfit for the occasion. It is made out of excess material from Zibbey's wedding dress. By my logic, not only is he short and chunky, he's also a cross dresser. I've really got some work to do with him.

We'll get some pictures up of him soon.

It's Zibbey's fault.

I started this blog with the intent of having Zibbey keep it updated. Well, it appears she is slacking on her duties. I think she needs a little help learning these complex machines we call computers. Nevertheless, I wanted to absolve myself of any guilt for the lack of posts and photos. I promise to get her a lesson of some sort so she can at least keep this going.

All is well with us in Eugene. The weather is getting cooler, but it is still beautiful. Maybe one day Zibbey will let me out of the house to enjoy it. Noah is still doing very well. He is growing and making more noise each day. Other than that, he doesn't do much except for mess his diapers. We'll keep you posted on him.

We're up and running.

I think Becky had a good idea in creating a blog. I don't like sending out mass emails, so this is the next best alternative for anyone to see what is going on with us without having to call. However, we always enjoy the phone calls.

Noah is doing very well. He is eating like a horse and seems to be growing quite a bit. The hair on his back is still there and as thick as ever. I have noticed a lot of traits in him that must have skipped a generation. For example, if I could have Dad and him sneeze at the exact same time, they would look identical. Other examples include snoring and sitting in the rally position. One trait that didn't skip a generation is the gas. As you can see in the photo, he's a pretty laid back kid.
